Reasons to love it – and reasons not to

The staff were incredibly accommodating and welcoming! Breakfast was a feast with a made-to-order omelet station and a fantastic selection of fruits and pastries. You won’t go hungry! !

The pool was disappointing. cloudy water and maintenance issues made it uninviting. Room cleanliness was a problem, with several guests noticing unemptied trash and stained linens.

Great breakfast variety!

The breakfast chef was amazing, and our two-room suite provided a cozy space with a lovely balcony overlooking a beautiful waterfall. Just sad about the noisy kids running around.

I truly enjoyed the spaciousness of my suite, which made moving around comfortable for me. The staff were exceedingly helpful, and I appreciated the quick check-in process, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere right from the start.

The breakfast options were delicious and comparable to other Embassy Suites I've stayed at! ! The room was spacious and comfortable, providing a great place to relax. I appreciated the friendly staff, who were always eager to help, which made the experience more pleasant.

However, the pool and spa were closed for maintenance, which was a big letdown during my stay.

Our family had a delightful stay, enjoying the spacious suite that easily accommodated us all. The kids loved the pool, and we appreciated the tasty breakfast buffet with made-to-order omelets. The staff was incredibly friendly — they truly made us feel welcome!

In my wife’s opinion, the hotel could use a play area for the kids.

I had a lovely stay in a spacious Two-Room King Suite where the clean, comfy bed really made my nights restful. The indoor pool and cozy leisure room were perfect spots to unwind after a long day. Just a heads up, the lighting in the room could be a touch brighter, but overall, it didn't take away from the experience! 😊

Complimentary breakfast was plentiful and fresh.

We were not given extra towels for four guests. The pull-out sofa was incredibly uncomfortable and lacked necessary bedding. Housekeeping was severely lacking throughout our entire stay.

Not the best stay

Had a rough night due to a hole in the wall near the fridge, which made me anxious about bugs coming through. The room felt a bit chilly and couldn’t warm up right. On the plus side, the omelette guy was super nice, and the staff was really friendly. Still, that wall issue was a huge bummer.

A cozy stay, but needs work

The breakfast spread was delightful, especially the omelets made to order. The staff at the breakfast area were always friendly, enhancing our mornings.

Unfortunately, the pool was closed for cleaning during our stay, and there were some cleanliness issues in the room that left us disappointed.

the amenities at embassy suites were nice, especially the indoor pool. the hotel's location near the sports stadium was super convenient for our plans. the front desk staff were friendly and extremely helpful throughout our stay.

i suggest they work on the cleanliness of the rooms and public areas to improve guest satisfaction.

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing

I loved the spacious Two-Room King Suite with its comfy setup. The breakfast buffet was a winner, especially the custom omelet station-they cooked our eggs exactly how we wanted. Plus, the friendly staff handled a noise issue swiftly and gave us peace of mind!
